Affiliation
The information needed to become an affiliate of MGS: True Fans are written below.

What you should know before requesting:
*The site does NOT need to be Metal Gear Solid oriented. We accept all websites and/or forums that are focused on video games.
*If your affiliation request is accepted it is expected that our minibanner will be posted on your site/forum as well. We will usually let you know via email (or however we were contacted) that your banner will be added to our site once we see you have added ours to your site. So far this has been successful in avoiding confusion.
*We look for a unique design. We usually wont go for designs and layouts that look like they took 5 minutes to throw together. An eyecatching layout and design are crucial to being accepted as an affiliate.
*The information contained within your site/forum must be legitimate. We will not accept websites that contain false information.
*Your request email must contain: - An affiliation minibanner (88x31) NO EXCEPTIONS
- The URL to your website. Be sure to type it in correctly, we cant decipher a misplaced period or comma.
- A brief description of your website. (what it is based on, etc.)
- (Optional) If you have a larger banner that we could put on our Affiliates page. Please send it.
- Please dont send us an HTML code of your affiliation information. We just need the image and the url.
- Be sure the Subject in the email is something that clearly states your request something simple as "Affiliation" will suffice. (We ask this of you because a random subject could be easily classified as Junk-Mail.
- If you would like our affiliate information to be sent in HTML code, please say so. We can make things easier for you.
*If your website is accepted we will reply to your email with our URL and Minibanner. As a code if requested.
*We check our affiliates regularly to make sure that our minibanner is posted on their website. If we find that our minibanner is not located anywhere on the website we will send a warning email. If our minibanner is not posted within 5 DAYS we will remove your minibanner from our website and forum.
*Your minibanner will be posted on our Homepage, our Forum, and our Affiliates page.
